JCal remains licensed by the GNU GPL, but distributed on a fee-for-download model.

I have been clicking around the (slow - possible cross continent connection) website trying to find access to the JCal component, but all I get are screens asking me to register and pay some money ever year. Has the JCal component changed for Mombo since Mambo-Extensions.com linked to them?
