bigAPE site backup is a component to back-up the entire website including database into a compressed file.

The features are:
1. Sselect which folders to include and exclude from the backup
2. Download & manage archives of the Mambo file system
3. Generate, download & manage archives of the Mambo mySQL database
4. Archive files are unique to the Mambo

A few releases ago, Team Mambo removed DOMIT from the core to decrease the bloat of the Mambo core package and to improve performance. Unfortunately, this was bad news for extensions that relied on DOMIT for functionality.

To give developers and site admins more choices, Team Mambo has created a DOMIT Extensions Package which can be installed via universal installer.

SQL Dumper is a database backup component. Easy installation and easy to use. The only thing you have to do after installation is to copy the dumper.php file into your root directory of your server.

You can also restore your backup file (in compressed file or SQL file). You may have to make the backup directory writeable before you can use to component because by default it will use
