AkoBook adds guestbook functionality to your site. At the front end, visitors can use smileys and BBCode to manipulate the input text. The extension is basic, but popular, as it does the job.

The latest version 3.4.2 also includes a spam fix implementing CAPTCHA (visitor has to input the code to complete a submission).
